"Je me suis assis à la table de George Morandi exactement au même endroit où il s’est assis pendant plus de 40 ans. La même inclinaison de la lumière brillait sur cette table pour moi comme pour lui à l’époque. Je l’ai regardée grandir et rayonner peu à peu pendant deux jours au printemps 2015. Un par un, plus de 260 objets qu’il avait collectés sont passés entre mes mains. Leur poussière fait partie intégrante du mystère que Morandi nous a transmis intact.Comme dans un nouveau carrousel, les objets défilent à nouveau sur la table. Je me demande : quel est le secret de ces objets qui ont gardé morandi sous leur pouvoir toute sa vie?
